The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator (1-2 years’ experience) to join our national marketing team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong regard for service excellence and can work within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Tender Responses & Proposal Management: assist with the creation, preparation and submission of responses to requests for tender, capability statements and contact cards; Website: maintenance and updating of the Mills Oakley website and reporting on stats of website performance; Client Communications: assist with the creation and publication of all firm-wide communications including newsletters, collateral, and email campaigns; Social media: assist with the creation of content for all Mills Oakley social media channels including LinkedIn and monitor and report on all firm social media campaigns; Collateral: assist with the design and creation of all Mills Oakley collateral in the Adobe Suite programs InDesign and Photoshop; Business Development: assist with the planning and implementation of business development strategies for national practice areas and individual team members; and Directories: assist with preparing submissions for legal directories and awards. Who We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing communications or have equivalent experience in a marketing/communications role. They will have strong influencing and communication skills, with the view to achieving organisational objectives. Knowledge and experience with programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and HubSpot is highly preferred.
