About the Role: They are seeking a Client Services & Office Administrator who is highly organised, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This newly created role combines office management, administrative support, and client service coordination within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Manage the client relations inbox and provide proactive administrative support; Coordinate executive diaries, meetings, and calendars; Organise pitch books, client materials, and national roadshows; Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth; Oversee general office operations, including supplies, mail, and vendor coordination; Support internal events, onboarding, and team functions to enhance collaboration; AND Maintain CRM accuracy and assist in preparing client reports and presentation materials. Job Requirements: Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or client service roles; Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities, paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal acumen; Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity; Proven track record in coordinating calendars, arranging travel, and planning events; AND High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all responsibilities.
