We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Direcror Property Management, and assist senior leaders within the Property Management Executive Committee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a corporate environment and enjoys managing complex schedules, stakeholder communications, and high-level projects. The Opportunity Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Prepare and reconcile expense claims; manage invoice approvals. Organise and support virtual and in-person meetings, including agendas and minutes. Assist with special projects, research, and tracking deliverables. About You Demonstrated years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom). Professional, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
