In this role you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, providing strategic policy and subject matter expertise to support the health system to embed culturally informed perspectives and deliver culturally responsive health services. What you'll do Lead the development of strategic policy advice, frameworks and initiatives that apply a systems lens to identify challenges and opportunities for equity and access. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, community organisations, and government partners, to influence health policy and service delivery. Build and manage enduring relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure culturally informed perspectives are embedded across health services. Prepare high-level briefing materials, submissions, and reports, and contribute to the development of policy frameworks that guide inclusive service delivery. About you You will bring strategic, analytical and leadership skills, with an understanding of contemporary multicultural health issues and the ability to navigate complex policy environments. Your experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management will be key, along with your ability to communicate with influence and cultural sensitivity. You will also have high-level written communication skills, including ability to compile complex policy-related reports, discussion papers, submissions, and ministerial correspondence to a high quality, reflecting systems-level insight and cultural awareness.
