Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead teams across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, delivering electrical, solar and battery storage solutions in the residential space. About the role Coming from a strong technical electrical background, you will take a hands-on leadership approach overseeing field operations, compliance, quality, and team performance. This is not a delegation-focused position. You will be in the field and office driving standards, supporting technicians, assisting with technical escalations, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction are always prioritised. You must be comfortable using systems, multitasking, and leading by example. This role will also involve supporting business growth, team efficiency, and ensuring best practice across electrical and renewable installations. Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Supervising and supporting a team of electricians and installers Ensuring compliance on all electrical, solar PV and battery installations Technical oversight and troubleshooting support Job planning, scheduling and execution support Quality assurance and safety management on site Customer and client communication where required Driving team performance and operational standards Signing off required electrical documentation and compliance Supporting continuous improvement across field operations Working to deadlines while maintaining high standards Skills & experience Must hold a QLD Electrical Licence Grid Connected PV (GCPV) and Grid Connected Battery Storage (GCBS) accreditation essential Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior Electrician, Leading Hand, Foreman or Electrical Supervisor role Strong technical and compliance knowledge in residential electrical and renewables Proven leadership ability with experience managing field teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must have relevant Australian qualifications and Australian industry experience A stable work history and professional approach Culture Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role offers long-term career growth in a business that values integrity, quality, and performance.
