The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Workshop/Production Manager to lead our AMA Collision team at Gemini Enoggera . In this key role, you’ll support the Centre Manager while guiding and mentoring our production team — a great chance to strengthen your leadership skills and advance your career in the automotive industry. Collision repair/panel shop experience is essential. What You’ll Do Maintain a safe and compliant working environment Process vehicles as they arrive on site Assist with ordering and receipting parts, paint and consumables Oversee repair progress to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality outcomes Manage workshop production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations Support overall site performance, profitability and customer satisfaction Maintain high housekeeping standards across the workshop What We're looking For? Previous experience in similar management role within the collision repair industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to set and adhere to deadlines Demonstrated ability to problem-solve Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
