About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant who thrives in a customer focused environment. You'll play a pivotal role in driving new home sales , sourcing land opportunities , and building strong relationships within the property and development sectors. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences from first contact through to contract signing. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Build strategic relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and referral partners to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Land Sourcing & Development: Identify and secure suitable land acquisitions and development sites for duplexes, townhouses, and multi-lot projects. Customer Experience: Guide clients through the new home journey - from design and pricing to contract closure. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and key industry stakeholders. Market Insight: Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform strategic decisions. Technology & CRM: Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, ensure follow-ups, and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process. Skills & Experience Proven success in a high-performing sales role , ideally within new home building or property development . Strong business development and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Proficient with CRM and digital sales platforms.
