The Role: Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking two experienced New Home Sales Consultants to join the team. One role is based at Menangle Park , and the other at Oran Park . You will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to contract signing, selling both House & Land packages as well as custom homes and Knockdown Rebuilds . Average build values range between $400k – $850k , offering excellent earning potential. Key responsibilities include: Driving sales of new homes, House & Land packages, and Knockdown Rebuilds Building strong rapport with clients and guiding them through the customer journey Achieving and exceeding sales targets Delivering a high level of product knowledge and compliance at all times Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processes About You: Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in new home sales, ideally with exposure to House & Land Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients Results-driven, motivated, and proactive in achieving targets Excellent presentation and communication skills Knowledge of the Sydney South West growth corridor would be highly advantageous Why Join: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing builder who genuinely values and supports their staff .
