The Position Your responsibilities in the role of Senior Property Manager include: Managing a well-maintained property portfolio of 180 properties based in the Inner West Dedicated Leasing Consultant for your portfolio Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants Manage repairs and maintenance Rental arrears management Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have: A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence A reliable car and a valid driver's license Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail Impeccable time management and organisational skills Knowledge of/experience working in the Inner-West marketplace is ideal This opportunity is brand new today and available exclusively through P3 Recruitment.
