As a member of Workplace Support, you will be at the heart of the action in our client’s corporate site located in Barangaroo, Sydney. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. Additionally, you'll be a pivotal support for business groups, championing their workplace objectives and ensuring our service points deliver efficiently. Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to: Provide the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Own workplace events and experiences, and create enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our client’s brand and culture. Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all workplace support touch points. With efficiency and accuracy, administer the workplace including meeting rooms, AV facilities, mail, and parcel facilities. Assist in the maintenance of the client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
