Global Leader in Streaming Media Initial 6-Month Contract with view to extend Sydney CBD with Hybrid WFH Flexibility We’re seeking a Programmatic Account Coordinator to join a global streaming brand as part of its fast-growing advertising business. In this role, you’ll partner with sales and account managers to deliver digital and programmatic campaigns end-to-end - from RFPs and media plans to pacing, optimisation, and reporting. This is the perfect next step for a professional with a background in programmatic trading, campaign management, or ad operations, ready to move closer to clients and commercial outcomes. What You’ll Do: Support sales and account managers in delivering client campaigns. Build media plans, respond to RFPs, and contribute to pricing/packaging strategies. Manage campaign setup, pacing and optimisation across programmatic platforms. Partner with Ad Operations for flawless implementation and troubleshooting. Deliver reporting, insights, and support billing/invoicing processes. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or campaign management. Hands-on experience with ad tech: CRM, OMS, Ad Servers, or DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.). Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
