The Role This newly created role supports a national events function responsible for delivering premium corporate events, workplace experiences and stakeholder-level activations. As Events Executive, you’ll work closely with the senior events lead to plan, manage and execute events end-to-end = from concept through to onsite delivery. Your work will contribute directly to creating a connected, vibrant workplace culture, elevating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring every activation is delivered with precision, warmth and brand consistency. You’ll be hands-on across logistics, supplier management, documentation, guest communications and onsite execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in a polished, fast-moving corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage and execute in-person and virtual events, from approved concept through to onsite delivery Lead supplier engagement and management (venues, AV, catering, décor, entertainment, transport, signage and more) Coordinate detailed event documentation, production schedules, operational materials and stakeholder comms Support workplace activations and internal cultural events in partnership with People and Workplace teams Manage guest lists, RSVP tracking, invitations and event communications using internal systems Contribute to creative ideation, ensuring continuous improvement and innovative thinking in event design Deliver strong brand execution across all events and touchpoints Coordinate budgets, contracts, risk assessments, OH&S requirements and event compliance The Candidate You’re a polished, organised and creative event professional with experience delivering high-quality corporate or agency events.
