We’re looking for a proactive Resourcing Administrator to join our dynamic Talent team and help us bring great people into the Affinity Education family. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, helping us identify and welcome outstanding educators and support staff across Australia. The role: Assist the team with advertising and pre-employment checks (references, visa and police verifications) Manage visa submissions and work closely with our migration agencies Support with contract variations, purchase orders, and HR system data maintenance Manage the Talent Team inbox and phone calls, ensuring a professional, prompt response Collaborate closely with the Head of Resourcing and the broader HR team to deliver smooth recruitment processes Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives What you’ll bring: Qualifications in Administration or Human Resources would be beneficial Experience in an administrative role within a recruitment or HR team Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office and Zoom A friendly, professional manner with a proactive customer service approach Flexibility, team spirit, and a can-do attitude Why you’ll love working with us: At Affinity, everything we do is guided by our mission to inspire and nurture individuals to reach their full potential.
