About the role: We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join as the operational backbone for their core retail asset in Western Sydney. This role is about establishing consistency and precision across their multiple locations, guaranteeing that every building meets the highest standards of safety, legal requirements, and operational excellence, ensuring maximum uptime. You will be instrumental in keeping their best-in-class assets running perfectly. You will be in charge of the maintenance plan for a group of different buildings. You'll provide assistance to the Facilities Manager and act as the key contact between tenants, service providers, and their management team. What you’ll do: Manage all repairs and maintenance using our facility software, scheduling work, and ensuring prompt execution of maintenance tasks. Inspect the site regularly to proactively identify maintenance needs and structural deficiencies, helping to prevent major issues. Manage contractor logistics, including organising repair teams, granting site access, and handling safety paperwork for compliance. Serve as the main contact for tenants, contractors, and service providers regarding all facility queries and maintenance updates. Handle daily operational spending by sourcing quotes, accurately checking and processing bills, and managing payments. What you’ll bring: 2 years of experience in a similar Facilities Coordinator or Property management role. Strong knowledge of safety rules and the required contractor paperwork. Experience using maintenance scheduling software and a proven history of efficiently completing tasks. A valid Australian Driver's Licence is required.
