More about the role and the team Working directly with an experience d Office Manager, you will join a national firm and enjoy full training and support as you become a vital link between local and national teams and clients. This is a hands-on role assisting in all day-to-day Office Services and Premises tasks and functions in the Brisbane office and ensuring services are delivered to a high standard. A diverse role, your duties will include, sorting and distribution of all mail, stocking and servicing of the utility areas, cleaning and stocking kitchens on all floors, reception relief cover (lunches and annual/sick leave), back up support to other areas within the team, court deliveries and copying, function room set up and clean up. More about you To be successful, you will be someone who takes pride in providing a high level of customer service and with an impeccable eye for detail. This role would suit a recent school leaver, ideally with some experience in retail, hospitality, or administration, or someone looking to re-skill in a new area. You must be able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm in our Brisbane office, we are unable to accommodate part-time or flexible hours for this role.
