We’re partnering with a leading property agency and their strategic landlord to recruit an experienced Operations / Facilities Manager to oversee two busy, high-profile shopping centres. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically strong professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations, deliver service excellence, and play a key role in an exciting upcoming redevelopment. The Role As Operations / Facilities Manager, you will: Manage all hard and soft services , ensuring both centres operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Lead and coordinate routine and reactive maintenance , working closely with contractors and service partners. Oversee CAPEX projects and support a significant redevelopment programme , ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the landlord, retailers, and on-site teams , fostering a collaborative and proactive culture. Drive continuous improvement in sustainability, compliance, health & safety, and customer experience. About You You’ll bring: A strong technical background in property maintenance, building services, or engineering. Proven experience managing multi-site commercial or retail environments . A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Ideally, relevant qualifications in FM, engineering, or building services (e.g., IWFM, IOSH/NEBOSH). Why Apply?
