Your Projects You’ll be working on boutique, high-end apartment developments that showcase architectural design and construction excellence. Your Role As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by managing contracts, procurement, and financial reporting with precision and professionalism. This is a progressive role - as your capability and confidence grow, you’ll gain more exposure to senior management and strategic project decision-making, allowing your voice and ideas to be heard. Your Experience & Responsibilities 3-6 Years experience in commercial construction contracts administration, Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore, Jobpac etc. Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position. Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control. Oversee cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to liaise effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and build long term relationships.
