Your Job This newly created role blends office management and construction operations into one key position. You'll play a pivotal part in keeping the business running efficiently - supporting the senior leadership team, ensuring systems and processes are consistent, and providing coordination between the office and project sites. The position suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys improving systems and takes ownership of keeping things organised. You will be the face and cultural / operational heartbeat of the business. Your Responsibilities New staff on-boarding and HR administration including: Coordinating IT setup including laptop configuration and project-specific software installation, managing uniform orders, onboarding documentation and maintenance of employee HR records Support project teams with site administration, document control and compliance tracking Assist senior managers with scheduling, reporting and day-to-day operational support Maintain company registers including vehicles, assets and insurances Oversee office operations including supplies, maintenance and contractor coordination Assist with accounts support - processing invoices, expenses and purchase orders Coordinate internal meetings, staff events and company communication Ensure smooth and professional office and project operations Your Experience Previous experience in office management, project coordination or site administration (construction or property preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business Proficient in MS Office experience / exposure with construction specific programs e.g. Jobpac, Procore, and HammerTech highly regarded Tech-savvy and confident implementing systems and processes Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset Your Career Join a company that genuinely values its people and invests in their success.
