They deliver software and hardware solutions that manage industrial equipment performance - particularly across rotating equipment. Operating primarily across mining, oil & gas and energy with scope to move into other areas, this is a key role to facilitate that growth. About the opportunity This position is focused on developing business opportunities across condition monitoring and equipment performance solutions (hardware and software). The role will see you engage directly with engineers and managers in mining, energy and heavy industry, offering a suite of hardware and software solutions. Career progression may include growth into major projects and broader sales leadership. In this role, you will: Build a portfolio of new and service existing clients across QLD (70/30 new vs existing split) Be able to talk from a high-level technical standpoint Develop new leads Manage the sales cycle About you You are a solutions-focused salesperson with a technical background and experience dealing with industrial clients. Ideally you have been out in the field at some point working with Condition Monitoring devices on Industrial Equipment. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A good understanding of condition monitoring applications within capital equipment or industrial environments (sensors etc) Knowledge of rotating equipment At least 1–2 years’ experience in technical sales Strong negotiation, relationship and communication skills What’s on offer You will join a growing team with a technical and collaborative culture.
