What you’ll do: Craft thoughtful, personalised Japan itineraries that make customers feel truly cared for Bring your own travel experience and knowledge to life through engaging conversations and honest advice Guide customers through their journey from first enquiry to post-trip follow-up Work as part of a warm, knowledgeable team that values collaboration and quality over quotas What we are looking for: Previous sales, hospitality, travel, education or client service experience would be beneficial however, you don’t need a background in travel sales just the curiosity, service mindset and communication skills to thrive in a customer-facing planning role. You’ll be trained in their systems and destination knowledge.
