What You'll Do Core Responsibilities: Invoice Processing & Controls: Process high volumes of invoices with precision, ensuring proper 3-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices) and adherence to company policies and internal controls Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and vendors. Handle inquiries professionally, resolve discrepancies proactively, and become a trusted point of contact Payment Processing & Cash Flow: Ensure timely, accurate payments while understanding the broader impact on company cash flow and vendor relationships Reconciliations & Analysis: Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records, identify trends or anomalies, and escalate issues appropriately Financial Reporting: Contribute to monthly AP reports and summaries, providing clear insights that help management make informed decisions Compliance & Audit Support: Maintain compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
