The Role Step into a 6-month contract role at our Port Melbourne office where you will: Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team Manage calendars and diaries, coordinating meetings and all related logistics Prepare, review, and distribute executive and board correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and board pack distribution Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for executives; manage itineraries and expense reconciliations Plan and manage business events, conferences, and strategy meetings Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, Executives, Board Members, and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive company information Oversee office operations including inventory, supplies, and client visit coordination Manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the CEO and Executive Team About You Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant Exceptional organisational and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across all levels of the business What We Offer Access ongoing training and career development through our National Tiles Academy Enjoy weekly pay, and a paid day off on your birthday Enjoy great savings across a wide range of retail brands though our employee benefit apps Benefit from wellbeing support via Sonder and recognition programs that celebrate your contributions Receive exclusive staff and family discounts to bring style into your own home If you’re ready to be part of a team that values creativity, connection, and care, we’d love to hear from you.
