You’ll be the person they turn to for clear, timely guidance that aligns with public sector rules and departmental policies. You’ll help shape and maintain the department’s organisational structure, making sure it’s accurate, compliant, and ready to evolve as the business does. The team works in a fast-paced environment, so being responsive and customer-focused is key. You’ll need to stay sharp on changing policies, systems, and business priorities, and bring that knowledge into every conversation.
