The Branch The Commercial Services & Business Improvement (CSBI) Branch's purpose is to drive improvement, agility, and resilience, by providing support to City Standards (CS) and more broadly across Infrastructure Services (IS), making it easier and safer to deliver outcomes for the community. The Role Plan and co-ordinate training to ensure high risk operational activities are delivered by a qualified, competent, and safe workforce for operational workforce in Infrastructure Services Group. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, procurement, selection and evaluation of training providers and course assurance. You'll join a high-performing team responsible for delivering and tracking over 25,000 training qualifications and coordinating hundreds of courses. You'll work with diverse professionals across various trades and operations.
