Our proficient and accomplished team comprises of the best multiskilled trades people committed to achieving our "no rework" principle. We are currently looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers, Welders, Pressure Welders, Structural Engineers, Fitters, Pipefitters, Mechanical Fitters, and Metal Fabricators to join our Perth team in full time roles. The successful applicant must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, and Structural Engineers should also hold a relevant qualification. Metal Fabricator's and Welders will be responsible for: The operation of all fabrication equipment and to carry out cutting, welding and grinding activities Perform welding in accordance with approved weld procedures. Perform welding duties using GTAW, MMAW, FCAW and GMAW processes. Weld and assemble components in accordance with work instructions, drawings and oral instructions. Interpret welding symbols to ensure correct welding techniques. Assemble structures as per the required welding codes. Fitters will be responsible for: Install and accurately align mechanical components by interpreting technical drawings, isometric diagrams, and installation manuals to ensure compliance with machinery specifications. Assist in the commissioning of new systems, ensuring mechanical readiness and system functionality prior to handover. Modify or upgrade existing machinery to enhance production capabilities and meet operational improvement targets. Conduct scheduled inspections to assess equipment condition, detect early signs of mechanical failure, and troubleshoot operational issues. Ensure timely identification and resolution of faults to prevent extended downtime and maintain operations. Carry out structured preventative maintenance and repair or replace damaged components. Maintain and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting, removing and replacing components Engineers will be responsible for: Development of Work package Scopes, budgets, plans and schedules Engaging and coordinating stakeholders during the execution of work including operations, maintenance, Project Supervisors, contractors and other functional groups Providing technical input to the design process including management, process, design, and procurement Scope, Analyse and Review Tender's & RFQ's; including Drawings, the Scope Documents, Contractual T's & C's and Client Specifications Engage with Clients & Suppliers in a professional and timely manner Applicants will also: Have the ability to read workshop drawings Follow instructions as given Have clear communication skills - written and verbal Have a strong work ethic Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Be reliable and honest The successful applicants will be offered a salary between $76,515 - $90,000 dependant on experience.
