Internal Communications Coordinator We’re looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting our Retirement Solutions business, which is a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services. In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of engaging internal communications that connect our people and bring our strategy to life. Key Responsibilities: Deliver internal communications plans by supporting initiatives that bring strategy to life, ensure consistent messaging, and keep employees informed of changes. Coordinate leader communications by drafting, editing, proofreading, and distributing messages that engage and inform employees. Prepare communication materials by assisting in creating presentations, updates, and other resources for leaders to share with their teams. Maintain communication channels including managing and updating the SharePoint intranet, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with key messages. Support events and logistics through providing hands-on assistance for Town Hall meetings, including preparing materials and managing virtual sessions. Execute and measure campaigns by building and distributing communications via marketing automation tools (DotDigital), track performance, and report on success. Plan and align communications by maintaining an internal communications calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent delivery. Experience & Personal Attributes: 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or a related field. Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or a related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and SharePoint; experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Dot Digital) and Teams Town Hall meetings is an advantage.
