Your Role This is a 12 month fixed-term full-time position. There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day; Develop and deliver communications approaches for key projects and initiatives to enhance team member and stakeholder engagement Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key messages and objectives, translating complex information into clear, compelling visual and written narratives for internal audiences Craft clear, consistent messaging and storytelling to support team members to stay connected, informed and engaged Manage and own communications channels and ensure alignment with brand and communications strategy Design and develop high quality presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring all materials are visually engaging, professional and aligned with the organisation’s brand guidelines Build trusted relationships with executive and senior leaders, and act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and counsel Champion the Flybuys employee brand and team member experience, shaping a consistent and engaging employee experience across the organisation Design and deliver wellness initiatives that promote a proactive and inclusive approach to both physical and mental wellbeing Lead internal activities and events that foster connection and engagement and positive organisational culture Assist in developing fit for purpose change management plans to contribute to the successful design, implementation and adoption of business change, initiatives and goals Your Experience 5 years experience in communications, wellbeing, People & Culture, or organisational change Tertiary Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or Human Resources, and/or relevant Industry experience Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas Experience delivering enterprise-wide engagement initiatives and events Strong tech fluency across comms platforms (e.g. Teams, Microsoft Office suite, Canva) Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across all levels A strategic mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences Ability to work in agile environments to deliver flexible and pragmatic business outcomes A creative, practical and positive thinker who adopts an energetic, enthusiastic and proactive approach Your Benefits!
