We provide members with trusted advice that supports confident financial decisions, through personal advice, digital solutions, education and strong partnerships with independent financial advisers. The Opportunity Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the strategy and delivery of advice-related applications and systems. As Senior Manager, Advice Systems, you’ll set the vision, drive enhancements, and lead a team to unlock value and enable efficient, productive service delivery across the Advice network. You will: Develop and communicate the application vision, strategy, and roadmap for advice systems. Lead and coach a team of application consultants and analysts to deliver excellence in advice technology. Manage change, enhancements, and risk mitigation for advice systems, ensuring compliance and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows, templates, and user experiences. Track key metrics, drive continuous improvement, and maximise value from applications. Represent advice systems in technical and non-technical forums, ensuring alignment and effective execution. About You You’re a strategic leader who thrives on driving technology-enabled change and empowering teams. You bring: Proven experience in advice systems, application management, and product ownership. A talent for leading and motivating technical and operational teams to deliver outstanding results. Strong stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships and communicating priorities with clarity. Resilience and adaptability, navigating challenges and competing demands with confidence. A passion for continuous improvement, always seeking ways to maximise value and enhance user experiences.
