Job Description As a Product Designer at Evergen, you’ll join our in-house design team with a focus on creating clean, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that bring clarity to complexity. You’ll help guide both the Product and Front End teams, ensuring design decisions are consistent, user-focused, and aligned with our goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping and championing our design culture, embedding design thinking, collaboration, and attention to detail across the organisation. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers, you’ll craft experiences that are both delightful and functional, shaping how users interact with Evergen’s products every day.
