Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of high-quality dishes in accordance with the venue’s standards. Ensure consistency and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards. Assist with menu development, costing, and implementation based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback. Manage inventory, food ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain a productive and positive kitchen environment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment at all times. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced pub or bistro environment. Sound knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and communication skills.
