About the Role As the Team Leader – Housekeeping , you’ll be the right-hand support to our Housekeeping Manager, helping coordinate the day-to-day rhythm of our operations. You’ll make sure rooms sparkle, guests feel at home, and your team feels motivated and supported every step of the way. You’ll lead from the front — allocating tasks, checking rooms, mentoring the team, and keeping standards sky-high across both properties.
