Duties: Model and promote safe work practices. Build strong relationships by being visible in the field. Conduct regular HSE site inspections to ensure compliance. Support the review and development of SWMSs/JHAs. Provide HSE advice during prestart meetings. Coach leadership on managing onsite HSE risks. Foster a proactive safety culture. Assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Manage hazard reporting and risk processes. Implement SSS's HSE Management System and STEMs. Essential Requirements: C - class driver's license (Manual) WA Construction White Card Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety Previous Safety Advisor experience within the mining and resources industry Desired Requirements: AOD testing MSIC Card
