Job Description: Fibrous Plasterer Location: Perth, Western Australia Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Fabricate and install various types of fibrous plaster products including cornices, ceiling panels, and decorative moldings. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements. Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary treatments. Mix and apply appropriate plaster materials, ensuring consistency and quality in craftsmanship. Collaborate with construction teams, ensuring timelines are met and adhere to safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide guidance and supervision to junior plasterers as required. Desired Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fibrous plastering or a related field. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.
