You will assist us with running Shutdowns & Projects on some of WA's largest and most well-known mine sites. Duties: Ensure the delivery of a safe, and efficient shutdown Managing and coordinating front line contractor supervisors and ensuring their teams are aligning with the safe work systems. Checking compliance to the schedule and identifying at risk areas with the scheduler Ensure key milestones for each shift are meet and communicated through to the Contract Supervisors Prepare and communicate a detailed end of shift handover Requirements: Current C - Class driver's license Strong experience managing fixed plant shutdowns or running projects in a mining environment Excellent communication and leadership skills A firm commitment to safety Fit and Healthy and able to complete Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Screening
