We're currently seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer to join their team in a 12month contract, with the potential of a permanent role. Within this role you will support the finance team to ensure accurate and smooth financial operations whilst providing administration support. The ideal candidate is a team player, self starter, adaptable in a fast moving environment, has a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. The role : General office administration and assistance with answering incoming calls Accounts payable and receivable Assist with BAS preparation Bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with timesheet management and payroll support Process invoices, purchase orders and rental property statements Prepare various reports for management What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Qualifications in accounts or bookkeeping favourable but not essential Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit control Experienced with Xero favourable Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft (excel and outlook) Take pride in your work and have a strong desire to succeed in your career Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to manage your time Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to follow process and procedure Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Benefits: $80k super (neg) Full-time 12 month contract with potential for permanency Fun team environment Exciting fast moving role If you're ready for the next step in your career and have what we're looking for, apply today!
