With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Systems & Position Management Support Officers to join the Payroll & Remunerations team.  About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: An opportunity exists for a Systems & Position Management Support Officer to join the Payroll & Remunerations team at Northern Health.  In this role you will be delivering and providing customer service to our employees throughout their employment lifecycle, from initial appointment at NH to the conclusion of their contractual engagement.  From the initial point of contact, you will establish and uphold a professional and courteous relationship with our clients, while providing administrative support and assistance in the daily processing of payroll and remuneration requirements.  This role is 76 hours per fortnight - 9 day fortnight.  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience delivering payroll system expertise and support to all key stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
