We provide members with trusted advice that supports confident financial decisions, through personal advice, digital solutions, education and strong partnerships with independent financial advisers. The Opportunity Step into a permanent, full-time role where you’ll coordinate and execute strategic initiatives that shape the future of UniSuper’s advice business. As a Senior Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing together diverse elements of the advice business, ensuring seamless reporting, business rhythms, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will: Coordinate strategic planning, complex reporting, and business processes across the Advice Centre of Excellence. Drive execution of strategic initiatives, supporting business case development, financial analysis, and funding proposals for new services. Manage multiple projects and priorities, resolving delivery risks and ensuring smooth business operations. Deliver industry research, market insights, and high-impact presentations that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. Build strong relationships and act as a strategic liaison across UniSuper, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and alignment. Shape and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence to track performance, adviser productivity, and impact. Support business planning, governance, and leadership forums, including executive and board reporting, while championing continuous improvement. About You You’re a natural coordinator and thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment. You bring: Experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to superannuation, wealth management, or advice. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business cases and financials. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and reports. Proven multitasking ability, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and projects. Adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to performance excellence.
