The Role They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Office Manager to join their team in Sydney CBD. This role is integral to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business and requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards. Allocating and managing human resources space and equipment Managing records and accounts of the office Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, payroll, training and supervision Supporting the company's internal accounting including all facets of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including reconciliation and the delivery of accurate financial management reporting. Delivering cash flow management assessments and forecasting. Managing the accounts due report to resolve as many issues as possible and/or map updates prior to the accounts due meeting. Requirements 1–2 years of prior experience demonstrating self-management or leadership capability preferably Trucking industry experience. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Demonstrated experience in accounts administration and financial management. Ability to engage with and develop understanding of a variety of systems Experience in best practice record keeping and system management Experience in customer engagement and supporting a variety of diverse areas and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
