This is a dream role with LOADS of avenues to progress internally into either a Property Management, Business Development or Sales down the track! The role: Support up to three high performing property managers Ingoing & Routine Inspections Scheduling and conducting open homes Liaise with tenants Advertise and update properties online Assisting with rent reviews and increases Organising repairs and maintenance The person: Previous real estate experience is required - receptionists and leasing consultants looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply!
