We’re a dynamic and fast-paced fit-out builder seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our team immediately and support us through to the end of the year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable commercial builder, contributing to high-quality tender submissions and supporting our broader team when needed. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate high-quality tender and capability submissions from end to end Format and design documents using Adobe InDesign to align with brand standards Liaise with internal teams (Estimating, PMs, Marketing) to gather and compile content Maintain submission schedules and ensure all deadlines are met Assist with general office administration when submission workload is lighter ✅ About You: Proven experience in tender submissions within construction, architecture, or related industries Proficient in Adobe InDesign – essential Strong eye for design and attention to detail (creative background a bonus!)
