About the role Reporting to a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for the below duties and get the opportunity to work on a wide range of engineering and civil infrastructure projects. You will be trusted to: Lead the administration of subcontract agreements across a section of the project Oversee all cost and contractual matters including forecasting, claims, variations and revenue tracking Mentor and guide a small team of Contracts Administrators to deliver high-quality outcomes Partner with internal teams, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure commercial success Drive compliance with contract specifications and report on non-conformances Ensure alignment with Georgiou's HSEQ systems and commercial standards What you're good at: Demonstrated experience in Senior Contracts Administrator roles on large civil infrastructure projects Deep knowledge of complex contracts, commercial risk and dispute resolution Strong leadership, influencing and mentoring capabilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills Analytical and detail-oriented approach with a solutions mindset Candidates from a Quantity Surveying or a Legal background will be highly regarded If you share our values, are driven by teamwork and innovation, and are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you. -Click the 'Apply' button to complete an application online.
