This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive package, a fully maintained vehicle, and the chance to work on stunning projects valued between $1M–$5M. You’ll oversee all aspects of site management, from coordinating trades and programming schedules to maintaining client relationships and ensuring exceptional quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination. Programming and scheduling jobs to meet milestones and deadlines. Liaising with clients, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintaining OH&S compliance and a clean, safe site. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What You’ll Bring Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury custom homes. Strong knowledge of Perth building codes and regulations. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit key milestones. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. Construction qualifications or trade background highly regarded.
