Job Description Operations Manager l Full Time l $105,000 - $120,000 We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations. About the Role: Oversee daily warehouse operations including embellishment scheduling, picking, packing, and goods inwards. Manage and develop warehouse staff, including performance reviews and recruitment. Drive DIFOT targets (98% within 5 days) and continuous improvement in processes and layout efficiency. Support implementation of WMS/RF systems (Cloud Coders & NetSuite). Collaborate across departments to meet business goals. Maintain compliance with all OH&S and legislative requirements. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach. Confident in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A team player with integrity, reliability, and a sense of humour.
