Key Responsibilities: Operate LO (Order Picker) and LF (Forklift) equipment to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload shipments, ensuring materials are stored safely. Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with all operational procedures. Safely manoeuvre equipment within the warehouse to retrieve and store goods. Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Skills & Experience: The ability to work a roster that includes weekend shifts and varied weekly hours A team player with valid LO and LF licenses, including high reach experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing. Physical fitness to lift and move heavy loads as required. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
