We have an exciting opportunity for a Travel Administrator to join Powertech on Client’s Project . Position Overview: Role: Travel Administrator Roster: Monday to Friday (5/2) Hours: 38 hour week Duration: Initial 3-month duration with big possibility to extend Start Date: 1 st December 2025 Location: Client’s office in the Perth CBD Rate: Excellent rates Super on all hours worked Scope of Work: Submit travel request to General Manager and Head of for Approval Once approved, submitting the request in workflow system Monitoring & following up on requests in Workflow Once travel approved, emailing confirmed flight & accommodation to contractor Managing reschedules & cancellations During shutdowns, high travel requests to action Ensuring accommodation bookings are made well in advanced for accommodation constraint periods Reporting to Site Manager daily (Incoming, outgoing, day shift, night shift). About You: Good communication skills will all levels of the business organisation The ability to ‘get things done’ with a keen eye for attention to detail The ability to ‘flex’ within the wider major project team environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaborative in a team environment; and Microsoft Office suite experience – Including strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.
