Your responsibilities will include: Build Lasting Employer Relationships: Engage face-to-face with local employers to create a strong pipeline of opportunities, fostering trust and long-term collaboration. Get Moving: You are forward facing, on the road, and out and about in the community Champion Youth Aspirations: Work closely with young people to uncover their career goals and guide them toward fulfilling employment pathways. Advise with Insight: Educate employers on current labour market trends, available incentives, and strategic hiring opportunities to support youth employment.
