You will provide day-to-day employee relations advice and guidance to Managers and Supervisors, while delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention across the region. Key Responsibilities Support Managers and Supervisors in building an effective workforce. Execute cyclical people activities to drive performance, engagement, diversity, and retention. Provide advice on employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes. Collate and report on workforce trends, providing recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with People, Safety, and Service Delivery teams to implement initiatives and projects. Foster a work environment aligned with Kinetic’s values and organisational culture. Undertake other tasks as required by your leader. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
