About the role As a Dependency Support Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of dependency claims, ensuring entitlements are assessed accurately and services delivered in line with legislation and policy. You’ll work directly with clients and their representatives during difficult times, balancing compassion with the need to make informed, defendable decisions.
