About the role The General Manager, Scheme Performance provides strategic leadership and oversight of the TAC’s scheme performance. This role delivers innovative and strategic interventions to ensure long-term financial sustainability within the scheme’s legislative parameters. About the Team Reporting to Executive General Manager, Performance Risk and Strategy, this role will lead Scheme Performance branch which encompasses data intelligence, insights, AI, automation, actuarial and commercial partnerships. It leads a high-performing team to deliver actionable insights, robust modelling, and innovative solutions that drive road trauma prevention, optimise client outcomes. What we’re looking for Strategic executive experience A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of personal injury insurance, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational environments. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills Proven capability in building and managing strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders including statutory agencies and health sector representatives. Analytical expertise Strong analytical capability to solve complex problems through innovative, data-driven solutions, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
