Auto Body Shop Customer Service Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the customer service department within the body shop. Manage and train customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and efficient handling of customer inquiries. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalating issues as necessary. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to improve service delivery. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and production, to align customer service with business goals. Analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the body shop environment. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive customer service. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing customer service teams and after-sales services in a Bodyshop environment. Proven ability to plan, administer, and review customer service processes to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships through the repair process. Strong experience in managing Panel Beaters, Vehicle Painters and operational roles. Strong leadership skills with a focus on improving service efficiency and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Liaising with customers and clients for progress works Positions available in all states Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position. Experience in the automotive repair or body shop industry is highly desirable. Proven track record of improving customer service processes and increasing customer satisfaction scores.
